Foolio murder suspect Rashad Murphy is reportedly the older brother of Joerod Adams aka 1200 Spazz who was shot and killed by Foolio’s right-hand man Robert Howard aka Kenny Kapps in 2018. Foolio made several songs dissing Spazz. Foolio affiliates also urinated on his grave.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has released footage of the arrest of 30-year-old Rashad Murphy at an apartment complex for the murder of Julio Foolio.
