HORRIFYING moment when 26 year-old caregiver smacks 93 year-old dementia patient with her heavy soiled diaper repeatedly before trying to choke her out. Dontia Shawnra Arrington faces criminal charges for assaulting a vulnerable patient at Landings of Genesee Valley in Flint, Michigan on April 4. The assault was captured on a nanny cam, installed in the victim's room after her daughter observed 'handprint bruises' on her mother dating as far back as December. The footage depicts Arrington repeatedly slamming a full diaper onto the victim's head as she sits defenselessly in her wheelchair, raising her arms in an attempt to protect herself. Subsequently, Arrington is seen trying to strangle the woman in the bathroom. The scene then shifts to the bedroom, where Arrington strikes the woman across the mouth while still wearing hygiene gloves.
