Courtroom footage depicts A.J. Martin showing his large scar after he was stabbed by Nicolae Miu. The wound caused his stomach to open up and his intestines were in his hands. In July 2022, Nicolae Miu was pushed and struck by a group of tubers on the Apple River in Wisconsin. In response, he stabbed five people, resulting in the death of 17-year-old Isaac Schuman. On April 11, 2024, Miu was found guilty of first-degree reckless homicide in the death of Isaac Schuman, as well as four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety for the stabbings of A.J. Martin, Dante Carlson, Anthony "Tony" Carlson, and Ryhley Mattison. Additionally, Miu was convicted of battery against Madison Coen.
