Chicago Street TakeOver Homicide ... May 5, 2024 appx 321am ... a man was shot and killed during a street takeover last night at 59th and Western. In the footage, his black Honda appears to hit some spectators as he is shot multiple times in the face, chest, and arm. Approximately 10-15 shell casings were discovered at the scene. 2300 Block of W. 59th St. on May 5, 2024 @ approx. 3:21 am Police responded to a person shot and found that an unidentified male victim sustained multiple gsw to the body while traveling in a vehicle. Preliminary investigation indicates an unidentified male offender shot at the victim through the victim’s front windshield. The victim was pronounced on scene and there is no one in custody. The victim is confirmed to be a security guard who was outside of the gates when the shooting occurred.

The motive is still unclear, and they are in contact with Drake’s team, who is cooperating with the investigation.
